Where do I get the software for remote support?

We use Rustdesk as our remote access software. This can be run on you computer with out installing it for one off support, or can be installed for regular ongoing support.
You can download a copy of Rustdesk here that once run will have the relevant settings for us to support you.
Once you have Rustdesk running you will need to call us and give us the ID and One-time password in order for us to gain access.
